Hotties Contest

sarah downie 3.JPGHey! Whatever happened to the “Bond Biz Hotties Contest?” We hear that question every couple of days. And we’ve been avoiding the question because, frankly, the answer is embarrassing. Embarrassing for us. Embarrassing for you. And, most of all, embarrassing for the bond boys and bond girls.

Here’s what happened—the entries, submitted by readers, were thin and weak. We had a couple of possible winners but not enough to call it a contest. This is truly sad because, well, AboveTheLaw held an ERISA lawyers hotties contest and they actually had a close contest, featuring some honest-to-God hotties. ERISA lawyers? Lawyers in general? We got beat by the lawyers?

So we’re planning to revisit the hotties contest but we want your help. Which segment of the financial community should we concentrate on? Wherein is the most fertile grounds for finding hotties? Send your suggestions to us at tips (at) dealbreaker (dot) com. Or leave them in the comments below. We’re sure we can make this work. But we need your help. Thanks!

"Gross" - how aptly named you are. Where's your pic then?. Bet you're a right hottie yourself. Oh and rich too.

Do you really need to ask?

Sales (assistants)...marketing...client services...porn star wannabes.

I'd assume that they are thin and weak -- they don't eat much!

in the industry - please shutup

No gross, maybe you should shut up.

Maybe it'd work better if you made it "fatties" instead of "hotties".

"The fattest convertible bond trader contest" should get the entries rolling in.

Carri is right.
BA's, SA's, the assistants are always hot.

I can hardly remember an attorney who was not either an ugly, cold raging bitch or a woman who looks like Chewbacca on a bad hair day stuffed carelessly in a Talbots dress suit.

Laguna was right with marketing too.
But the best are BA's, by far.

Damn it Carney, I was wrong. I seem to remember Trader Daily doing a piece on hot traders, so I checked out the site.

Couldn't find the past article, but I did find Heather Flick, who has a blog called The Daily Objective at blogspot. She is Trader Daily's "RealityCheck Expert" and she is a hot f-ing lawyer.

So: hot lawyers-1, not so hot-999,999

American Bar Foundation in 1995 found there are 896,000 lawyers in America, expected 1 million by 2005.
