A Very Special Opportunity

T-Shirt_jpg-409x218.jpgIn Carney’s haste to provide you with real news, re: Pirate Capital’s opposition to the sale of Aquila to Great Plains Energy, he failed to mention the most important part. Luckily, Commenter AJ did: FREE T-SHIRTS. Obviously these bad boys aren’t as chic as the DILF t-shirts we’ll be rolling out soon but they’re still pretty amazing and have a leg up on is in regards to the fact that they’re available NOW. Actually, only the first 1,000 people to sign up will be able to wear what Tom Hudson wears with pride, so act now. It goes without saying that we’ve already signed ourselves up but perhaps not without saying that we’ve also arranged to have one sent to Phillip Goldstein.

Bess, any idea where I can get a Solengo Capital t-shirt? Their logo on the front, Brian Hunter and the salmon on the back, maybe.... Though if I wear it will the Kobra Kai law firm threaten to sue me for wearing confidential info?

wow the tee looks pretty stylish. their presentation looks good too

So, according to Gary Weis's site, John and Jane Doe are listed as co-defendants in the Solengo suit.

Does this mean that they are going to seek redress from the anonymous commenters?

Oh shit. We're going to all get dragged into court thanks to Beth Levin!

You ever notice how otherwise well-to-do people will go absolutely nuts the presence of free stuff, regardless of said stuff's potential value? That said, I'll buy that shirt on Ebay if I don't get one.

No shit. How the hell do you think well-to-do people got that way? Only poor people spend money.

I'm getting the feeling Bess and Carney's attorneys have told them to shutup about the Solengo thing. No fun.
