Investment Banking Business Not BoA's Only Problem, Is My Only Comment

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

October 25, 2007

Business Partners / Friends :

It’s with deep regret that I find myself having to cascade this message.

Unexpectedly, early today I was advised that Bank of America Corporation will in fact exit the wholesale mortgage business. The winding down of this channel to the Bank begins immediately.

We will be fulfilling all of our contractual obligations to you and your customers. The termination of your Wholesale Broker Agreement with BoA will be effective November 25, 2007.

All loan files must be registered, locked AND delivered by that date.

During this transition period, please be assured that our sales and fulfillment teams will continue to provide you with the exceptional level of service you’ve come to expect.

I want to personally thank each and every one of you for all business dealings we’ve enjoyed in the past and the friendships which will continue well into the future. The residential mortgage industry has been home to me and my family for over 15 years and I eagerly look forward to another 15 years in this great industry of ours!

Tim (TV)

Please note: It is my goal to deliver world class service so when you receive your Broker Satisfaction Survey, you'll be inclined to respond with 9's and 10's for highly satisfied. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with my service, please feel free to contact me with your concerns.

We Demonstrate Higher Standards in Everything We Do, Every Day!

Apparently Bess failed to read the CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE.
