Ok, this place needs something more than cosmetic. Frankly, things have been a bit dull and Billy Ash and CDO blowups are just not getting a rise out of anyone anymore, sorry to say.
How about a Babe of the Day feature – real trading firms, hedge funds, banks, etc. would submit candidates and you guys would select one to feature everyday.
And, they should be a real chicks, not that fake bullshit like on “First Time Anal Cum Swallowers #9”.

Yup.
So,
if you are were getting ready to leave the Investment Bank and launch your own fund,
then your boss could say, "He worked for me, is a solid guy, has a unnatural sixth-sense about investing, and I'm sad to see him move on."
Or,
if you are a top notch analyst and have just gotten a sweetheart offer from XYZ Fund,
then you can check out if other people who have worked there like it.
